Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on SleepTight Mouthpiece.

If you return your product within 30-days from the time of your order was shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Most problems with the mouthpiece can be solved by simply reading our comprehensive FAQ. Please review before returning your mouthpiece.

 

Online Return Request Process: 
If you ordered the product from www.sleeptightmouthpiece.com, and you are within your 30 day period, visit our Return Request Page and follow the instructions to request a return. Please be sure to provide details of your reason for return for our evaluation and to help us improve. If approved, once you receive your return authorization, please follow the instructions provided to you. Items should be returned to the address below. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

NOTE: Your return must be mailed within 30-days from the time your order is shipped to you. Once we receive your return shipment and process it into our system, we will finalize your return to prevent further payment obligations or issue a refund if applicable.

 

Retail Store Return Request Process: 
If you purchased the product from a retail partner's physical store, and you are within your 30 day period, review the information included inside the package and contact our consumer affairs department to request a return. Please be sure to provide details of your reason for return for our evaluation and to help us improve. If approved, once you receive your return authorization, please follow the instructions provided to you. 

 

Refunds

Your refund, if applicable, will be processed upon successful completion of the steps above. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
